• Payments are accepted after the customer reads through the process for remote analysis, fills the form and agrees to take the service. Thus there will not be any refund.
    • Payment for studio need to be done before you visit to the studio, for some reason the customer is not able to visit the studio, they can reschedule the appointment for any other day/time through our online appointment calendar


  • Customer wants to cancel the studio appointment less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, 50% amount will be levied and rest will be returned through the same mode of payment.
